These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://machunder.com (the “Site”) and purchases made through the Site. Machunder is the customer-facing brand used on https://machunder.com. The Site is legally operated by 安徽美连科新材料科技有限公司 (English reference: Anhui Meilianke New Material Technology Co., Ltd.). In these Terms, “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the legal operator identified above. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

The Chinese legal name and Chinese registered address above are the registration-file versions. The English name and English address are reference translations used for this English-language website.

The registered address is not represented as a returns warehouse. Please contact customer service before sending any return.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Site and place an order only if you have legal capacity to enter into the transaction under the law applicable to you. If local law requires the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, you must use the Site and place orders with that involvement.

3. Lawful Use of the Site

You must use the Site only for lawful purposes. For surface-care, cleaning, polishing, or restoration products, read all product instructions and warnings and test on a small, inconspicuous area before full use. Do not use a product on a material or surface for which it is not intended.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

You must provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and shipping information when placing an order. An automated order-confirmation message acknowledges receipt of the order request and does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as product unavailability, an obvious pricing or listing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or inability to deliver to the destination. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method where reasonably possible and as required by applicable law.
