2. 30-Day Return Request Window

Our standard policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after delivery. This contractual return window does not limit any longer or additional right that applicable consumer law may require.

3. Standard Return Conditions

Wait for return instructions before shipping anything. The Company’s registered address is not represented as the returns warehouse, and a return sent there without instructions may not be processable.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping where permitted by law and where disclosed during the return process. If the return results from our error or from goods that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise subject to a mandatory remedy, return costs will be handled as required by applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

7. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

For transit damage or an incorrect shipment, contacting us within 7 days can help us investigate promptly, but this requested timeframe does not reduce any mandatory rights you may have.

Please keep the item and packaging while the issue is reviewed. We may request photos of the product, outer packaging, shipping label, or other information reasonably needed to verify the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the available remedy may include replacement, repair where appropriate, full or partial refund, or another lawful solution.

8. Refund Processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, or after another refund remedy is approved, we will notify you and process the refund to the original payment method where reasonably possible. The time for the refund to appear depends on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Whether original shipping charges, duties, taxes, or third-party fees are refundable depends on the reason for the refund, what was collected by us, and applicable law.

9. Partial Refunds

12. Address Problems and Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable address. If a package is returned because of an address supplied incorrectly by the customer, refusal, unpaid destination charges, or failure to collect it, reasonable additional shipping or return costs may apply where permitted by law.
